AHS Haircare Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of sale at any time, so we suggest that you review these terms and conditions prior to the completion of the purchase of any goods from our online store.
Promotions
By redeeming a discount code or offer from AHS Haircare, the following terms & conditions apply:
- Discount exclusions can apply to selected discount codes and will be stated on the offer.
- Where a minimum spend is applicable to a discount, the minimum spend must be achieved in order to receive the stated value of the discount.
- Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied to an order once it has been processed.
- Promotions and discount codes are valid for a limited time only and will be specified on promotional banners. Outside of this period, an offer or discount cannot be redeemed.
- Discount codes must be added at checkout, and the minimum spend must be reached to receive free shipping. Only one offer is redeemable at a time.
Purchases & Pricing

AHS Haircare does not take responsibility for incorrect information provided at checkout, including if an item is sent to an incorrect address. AHS Haircare is not obliged to re-send the item to an alternate address at our expense if an ordering error occurs. Payment is taken at the point of order, and receipt of your order will be confirmed via email to the email address you provide. We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason at any time, in which case we will refund any monies received. When purchasing products from this website, you accept all responsibility for selecting a product that is suitable for your purposes.
Prices online may vary from store prices. We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without notice. Our prices are denominated in Australian dollars and include Australian Goods and Services Tax, which is currently 10%. Product prices do not include postage and handling, which is calculated at checkout.
Availability and Usage of Products
All purchases made on our website are subject to availability. While we will use our best endeavours to ensure that products shown as in stock on our website are available, we may run out of stock from time to time. Should this be the case with your order, we will contact you at the email address provided. Items that are shown as out of stock will be obtained as quickly as possible.
