Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Personal Use Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, AHS Haircare products intended for personal use cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.
  • Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must contact AHS Haircare via email at info@ahshaircare.com.au within 7 days of receipt to discuss refund or exchange eligibility.
    • Condition Requirements: Consumable products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners) must remain unopened. For non-consumable items (e.g., hair dryers, brushes), products may be returned if they show clear signs of damage or malfunction.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Notify us of your intention to return an item within 7 days of receipt by emailing info@ahshaircare.com.au. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or faulty product if applicable.
  2. Approval: Upon review, we will confirm if the return is approved. Approved returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of approval.
  3. Return Postage Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product was incorrectly supplied by AHS Haircare.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used consumable items (e.g., shampoos, conditioners).
  • Products not reported as faulty, damaged, or incorrect within the specified timeframes.
  • Change-of-mind returns.

Refund Window

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected, ensuring it meets the conditions outlined above. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
